I ordered the Bluey birthday video for my niece, who turned 3, and she absolutely loved it! Her face lit up when she saw her picture and heard Bluey say her name. She said, “That’s Me!” Also, when Bluey read my personal message, which included family names, my niece was ecstatic. As per her request, we played this video numerous times, and she danced and eventually learned most of the words to her birthday song! I think this is an amazing gift and keepsake. I highly recommend!
The Bluey birthday video was easy and pretty simple to order. I had a minor issue not downloading, but “saving” the picture. However, CS responded to my message and directed me to reply to my purchase/confirmation email and attach my niece’s picture there. I received the video the very next day, and everything was PERFECT!! For ideal viewing/volume and effect, I played it on my smart TV. I screen-mirrored the video from my iPhone to my smart TV.
We had a rough start with communication when I first placed my order, but in the end, the video is AMAZING! My three year old grandson just LOVED his personalized birthday video and has watched it over and over. Thanks PlusCup
