Despite being super cool, the video had a typo and I never received a response to my request for an edit. Better quality control and customer service necessary.
I'm very happy with the Bluey video I ordered for my daughter's birthday,it really cheered her up and she loved seeing her picture on it. It was received quite quickly, in a day or so, great service, thank you so much
my child's picture was included but so was the picture of a different child.
I had a terrible experience with this product. I wrote to the team ahead of my order to ensure that it was possible to have the video in Spanish. It was confirmed that it is. Not only did I receive the full video in English, but the personalized text I had written in Spanish had been translated to English. And to top it all off, the first half of the file contained a portion of a video from another customer. Including a picture of the child of the other customer. If you are expecting quality and assurance that your child's photo is safe, you will receive neither. I reached out to customer support about this situation and never received a response.
