Thank you so much, my grand daughter was so happy and even after her birthday we watched it..still she was shocked. Thank you again, especially it arrived same day of her special day!
P
My daughter loved it!! I’m so happy I was able to make her day with this video. She was all smiles the whole day and it was worth every cent.
A
Great Granddaughters reaction was amazing absolutely amazing
K
Easy to order and top quality. Granddaughter was in awe and has watched about 40 times so. Thanks so much... it made her day so special
A
This was a truly great surprise for my daughter and she still asks me to play the video! She told all her friends at the kindergarten that Elsa sent her birthday wishes to her lol I received the video super quickly and I will order another one for my son with another character. Thank you so much!
J
I absolutely loved the Elsa Video. My granddaughter's birthday is not until 2nd November so she hasn't seen it yet - but I know she will love it just as much as I do.
M
My granddaughter loved it!
She watched it continuously on her birthday!
A
First off I was iffy about it because you have to purchase before seeing the video, but I was so glad I took the chance. Not only were they willing to put my own personalized script in, they kept working on it til I was completely satisfied with the final version. If you purchase I recommend getting in advance, but if you don’t the team for PlusCup are still pretty quick. The best part about it is my daughter has watched it so many times. Best decision getting this video.
L
Awesome video! It made my daughter's 5th birthday a very memorable one.
R
The concept is fun and the character message is great.
However, there are real design flaws with the what was sent.
The fonts on the subtitles are all different, and have random yellow font colourings. The birthday song, from the Elsa character we chose, was played over the top of the official Disney short film of Olafs Christmas adventre film so having a birthday song over a short film my daughter knows intimately just didnt work! They could have chosen the frozen birthday short film instead, but no they chose the christmas film.
I brought this to the attention of the company and it was batted away saying thats the only video we have. So a chance was given to rectify the issues before I put this review together.
2 stars as the personal message was good, however the rest is cobbled together with little to no thought about how it looks and how the birthday message comes across over a christmas video.
It may be better with a different character, or as a christmas message.
V
love it. even the italian part is fantastic. the audio if the song at the end if the video is a bit if sync with the video....but it is ok.
A
My 4 year old did love the video and has probably watched 10 times. I found the voice discrepancies a bit obvious, though my daughter didn't catch on. I also found the song too long. I thought foe the price point it would be more bang for my buck.
a
Pecfect for my daugther 4th birthday.
S
The video was absolutely beautiful! My little girl is going to be so excited when I show it to her for her birthday in November. Thank you!
A
It was so sweet to see my granddaughter's reaction! The only reason I gave 4 stars, is because they got a name wrong. Worth the money, just be sure the names are simple lol.
A
My granddaughter is going to love this!!!
H
PlusCup was absolutely amazing! They created an incredibly quick, personalized Frozen video for my daughter, and they were so wonderful about correcting the pronunciation of her name without any hesitation. It made her feel so special on her big day! Such a great company, and the experience was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
Y
Ordered this for my daughter's birthday and she loved it! It came out better then we expected!
M
My granddaughter loved it 🥰
A
lol see the twin review of Toy Story
A
It was okay. The name was spelled wrong. Very expensive.
A
Great product and customer service was exceptional. I had a mistake in the VO and they fixed it for me no problem.
J
Adorable. I know our granddaughter is going to love it!
Y
It was the star highlight of the birthday party. The kid was mesmerised, plus I did not realise how immersive the video is with a whole start and end to the actual message we wrote and a song as well edited like a scene out of the movie.
D
Video is great ! I’m sure my grandaughter will love it on her birthday
A
My daughter loved the video!!
V
Great present! Very happy with this purchase!
A
I sobbed 😭😭😭 it was so heartwarming and beautiful and my daughter loved it so much !!
