I’m very disappointed with the overall quality of the video and would rate it 2 out of 10. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Here are the main reasons:
1. The introduction is too long and fails to capture attention.
The first 1 minute and 10 seconds feel like watching a regular cartoon rather than a personalized birthday video made specifically for Savash. There is no clear indication that the episode is about Savash turning 3 until too late.
I wanted to share this video with our friends and family, but having to watch more than a minute of generic cartoon content before getting to the personalized part completely kills the excitement and anticipation. The video should capture attention right from the beginning and make Savash the focus immediately.
2. The dialogue sounds robotic and unnatural.
The 40-second talking segment sounds very robotic, with unnatural speech and an accent that does not fit what I expected. It lacks warmth, personality, and a natural conversational tone, making it difficult to connect with the characters.
3. The birthday song is not personalized enough.
The birthday song feels like another generic musical cartoon, with little to no involvement from Savash. Even the lyrics say “Happy Happy Spidey Birthday” instead of “Happy Happy Savash Birthday.” This is supposed to be a special birthday video for Savash, so his name and involvement should be central to the song.
Overall, the video needs major improvement.
I expected something engaging, fun, natural, and genuinely personalized for my son’s third birthday. Instead, the result feels generic and lacks the personal touch that would make it special and memorable.
I am genuinely disappointed with the final product and, in its current form, do not feel comfortable sharing it with our friends and family.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider making significant revisions to improve the video, particularly the opening, dialogue, and birthday song. The final product should feel like a special episode created for Savash, not simply a regular cartoon with a birthday theme added to it.

It was a lot of singing that had nothing to do with named person through a lot of the song. It was cute but very expensive and Id not do it again for that price. My nephew loved it though but way too expensive.

I'm not sure what I was expecting when I ordered the Personalized Spidey Video for my grandson's 3rd birthday, but what I received far exceeded my expectations. It was like watching a short episode of the show. Spidey saying my grandson's name and his picture showing up 2 times in the video were outstanding. He absolutely loved it! The look on his face was priceless!
