Ordered a rush video within 24hr it came after 4 days. No refund whatsoever. message multiple times asking for the video until they responded and told me that they messaged went to spam.

3 stars because it took almost 2 weeks before I received my order. Otherwise the video is really nice. Will order from them again but now I know to make an order at least a month before I need it.
